Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to initiate and confirm the booking, subject to hotel and service availability.
- Availability shown before receiving payment is provisional and cannot be guaranteed.
- 50% of the total package amount should be paid at least 15 days before the travel date.
- 100% payment must be completed at least 7 days before departure.
- For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
- Peak-season, Christmas, New Year, festival and special-event bookings may require a higher advance or full non-refundable payment.
- Booking confirmation will be issued only after the applicable payment is received and supplier confirmation is obtained.
- Payment transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
- Any additional service requested after package confirmation must be paid before the service is arranged.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of provisional hotel rooms or services.
- All payments are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the confirmed booking.

The 30% / 50% / 100% structure above is a recommended policy. Use it only if it matches Go Trips India's actual payment rules.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 8–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 7 days of travel: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- No refund will be applicable in case of No Show.
- No refund will be provided for voluntarily unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transfers or other included services.
- Non-refundable hotel, activity, cruise, transport or supplier charges will be deducted in addition to the applicable cancellation charge wherever relevant.
- Christmas, New Year, long weekends, festivals and peak-season bookings may be completely non-refundable depending on supplier policy.
- Date-change requests will be treated according to hotel, transporter and supplier policies and may attract amendment charges and fare differences.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channel used for the booking.
- Applicable refunds, after deduction of cancellation and supplier charges, will be processed to the original / approved payment method.
- Refund processing time may depend on hotels, transporters, activity operators and banking channels.
- If an activity such as a Dolphin Trip or Boat Cruise is cancelled solely due to weather or operational reasons, refund or alternative arrangements will depend on the respective supplier's policy.
- Force majeure situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or major disruptions will be handled according to the policies of the respective service providers.
