Day Wise Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 | Delhi to Manali | Report at the designated Volvo boarding point in Delhi and begin your overnight journey to Manali by Volvo bus.
- Day 2 | Arrival at Manali Base Camp | Arrive in Manali, transfer to base camp, complete registration, attend trek briefing and enjoy an acclimatization walk.
Day 3 | Manali to Hampta Dam & Trek to Chikka | After breakfast, drive to Hampta Dam and start the trek towards Chikka campsite through scenic trails, streams and mountain views.
- Day 4 | Chikka to Balu Ka Ghera | Trek from Chikka to Balu Ka Ghera through river crossings, alpine meadows, rocky patches and beautiful Himalayan landscapes.
Day 5 | Balu Ka Ghera to Shia Goru via Hampta Pass | Start early and cross Hampta Pass at approx. 14,065 ft. Enjoy panoramic mountain views and descend towards Shia Goru campsite.
- Day 6 | Shia Goru to Chatru & Chandratal Lake Visit | Trek to Chatru and proceed towards Chandratal Lake if road and weather conditions permit. Return to Chatru for overnight stay.
Day 7 | Chatru to Manali via Gramphoo & Atal Tunnel | Drive back to Manali via Gramphoo and Atal Tunnel. Enjoy the scenic journey from Lahaul-Spiti to Manali and relax after the trek.
- Day 8 | Manali Local Exploration & Overnight Volvo to Delhi | After breakfast, enjoy free time for local Manali exploration. Later, board the overnight Volvo bus for Delhi.
Day 9 | Arrival at Delhi | Arrive in Delhi with unforgettable memories of Hampta Pass, Chandratal Lake, Manali and the Himalayan trekking experience.

Balu Ka Ghera
